Paracord Grab Handles
I had a nice phone conversation today with actipton80 I mentioned to her I was making some paracord grab handles for my jeep. She wanted to see pics. I just finished one side today. This is for the drivers side and I'm quite happy with how they turned out.

This is the same one. They can be turned to either side. I love this yellow and pink combination but it is temporary as I want to get black and turquoise for my jeep eventually. I can make almost any color combination, be it single color or two colors. I will be selling some of these once I make more. If you know someone with a jeep that might like these pass my info along please.

I had fun making these. I did make some beginner mistakes but not as badly as I thought I would. I'm still learning but think I have a knack for it. The hardest part is joining the paracords with fire. They don't want to stick sometimes. I like that they look like centipedes. Perhaps I'll try to make a centipede like Gallemotch and use his colors which would be brown, yellow and light orange.

Those are pretty. I hope you can find black and turquoise to make some that match your Jeep colors. I haven't left yet. Dad and I leave at 8. There is a certain restaurant in Tennessee that we like to stop at for lunch.

Oh good I'm glad you saw these. Glad you like them. They are fun to make. I should make the other one. I still have lots of cord. Black is easy to find, but turquoise will be a challenge. I know a place on ebay but don't know what it will look like once I actually get it.

Have a good trip then. I liked the little of Tennessee I saw.

Neat! I have only ever seen paracord bracelets, but I'm sure there's a whole bunch of paracord crafts out there.

Yeah, I know steering wheels can be wrapped and you can make dog collars. Probably more stuff. Thanks. Glad you like them.

Hmm...these look like some other craft that my granddaughters were doing. The parachord looks a bit like show laces. Very clever of you!

I think making Gallemotch out of this stuff is an inspired idea!

The most common use for them is bracelets. I think they can be used as shoe laces. 550 paracord is very thick so it would work for that. Yeah it would be neat but he's not a priority right now with everything else going on.

I've never see parachord before. It looks like good stuff. Sorry about my 'shoe' typo above. I'm glad you could understand it!

Hopefully one day you will make Gallemotch. I am quite fond of him :)

These look great. A black and turquoise one would look great too and it would definitely match your Jeep.

Thanks. I'm having fun making these. I should have the pair done in a few days. So many possible color combinations. It's fun.
