Raven Prayer
Wanted to share a neat Raven Prayer I found. It fits Scary Fear as a prayer to him and the attributes fit me as well and I find myself relating more and more to ravens.
.

Winged emissary from the realm beyond
Fire stealer
Trickste
Wolf friend

Raven,
I call on your wisdom
Teach me your tricks of thought and memory
Lend me your eloquence
To speak of hidden mysteries
Help me use the tools around me to attain my goals
And if I do not find these tools
Teach me to craft them
Help me fly with agility to where I'm most needed
Teach me to sing for love and
to return to those places where it has lived before
I ask for your strength
In the face of intimidation
I ask for your wings
As I dive into darkness and return with knowledge
I ask for your magic
In Shaping the unformed into a beautiful reality
Raven
I call on thee

.

Yes, that is a neat poem to the Raven. I have them here but would not call their voice 'eloquent', lol :P

I do like them for their intelligence, though.

I think it means their manner and how they carry themselves is eloquent. Though ravens can learn to talk.
I do too.

I love to watch them fly. Their wing movement is very beautiful. So that could be it.

I didn't know ravens could learn to talk. I don't know if our's can.

Ravens are known to follow wolf packs, possibly even lead them to prey so that then they can feed on the left overs of the carcass in winter. I have a great book with the stories of Eskimo and Inuit mythologies. I enjoyed reading those so much as most people don't know about them like the more well known mythologies.
