Lots of lovely photos to share
Ok I have a lot of nice pics to share.

This is Sarracenia flava. This is the biggest Sarracenia pitcher I have ever had. It's about 3 feet tall. I love it.

A gorgeous pitcher close up once fully opened. I LOVE this bright green to yellow color it has.

Here's what it looked like before it opened.

And opening.

badcowboy Sent me an Easter basket and my favorite thing in it was this cute squeezy hen.

These cute Zephyranthes candida are growing everywhere along the road sides. Great sign of spring. They're so cute.

They are small plants maybe 4 inches tall but here I made them look HUGE.

Chris got me taking that pic.

A Cedar Waxwing in our loquat. He looks funny looking straight forward.

Two female mallards in a drainage ditch. These are from that job I went with Chris on yesterday.

Here's the other side of that flow. So lovely and there was a young gator there.

Here is the huge dragon fruit cactus growing up the long leaf pine.

This is incredible. This was a mature pine tree about 100 feet tall you can barely tell it's a pine. I was so impressed by this. Too bad it's not in bloom or in fruit yet. I hope mine will be nice though they won't get this big I don't think. Any fruits up high can't be reached.

The mango tree at the next job.

Close ups of mangos on the tree.

We saw this new lovely Toyota Tacoma 2015 at a Starbucks. I LOVE the tires on it.

And lastly on the way home I saw some white pelicans at a pond by some apartments. The white ones are more of a rare sight so it's cool. At first I thought it was a swan until I took a closer look. They were pretty far away and I took this with Chris's camera from the truck.

So today I stayed home. I have a lot to do around the house. Not sure where to start. Need to pot up some nepenthes still. Almost done with that. I have not felt like working on any art but I really need to do SOMETHING soon.

Oh and bad news. Cinnamon Bun finally died today. It's a good thing in a way because he just looked terrible and hasn't been himself since Abigail died. Then Peep died and he got worse. He got skinnier and skinnier though he was eating and I've kind of been hoping this would happen. He was suffering and just you could tell he didn't want to live. I did put Optic the budgie in there to keep him company the last few days but he didn't care. He hadn't made any noises in weeks. This is sad as those two were my favorite cockatiel pair I've ever had.

Ok, I have GOT to clean up the garage and push my car inside. I hate it that people are knocking on my door asking if it's for sale. No it's not for sale! Go away. If it were for sale it would have a sign on it. I'm baffled by this. The guy next door one year tried to cell his corvette all fixed up and shinny and could never sell it. Big signs and everything. He gave up and put it back in his garage. I'm NOT trying to sell my car no signs and people are banging on my door. Scares the crap out of me and I don't want to open my door to strangers. If they can't see the car they won't know it's there.

I know that it's also money banging on my door. I have considered the possibility that it's an opportunity. But my car has sentimental value. It's my first car. I'd really like to fix it to working conditions. I have enough money right now to fix it and get the new fuel injectors and probably other things. I wasn't sure if I should do that or which would majorly set my savings back, hide it and keep it to fix later on, or sell it and have more money for my new truck. I don't know. I don't want to get rid of my car. I wish he still worked. Chris and I are the types that keep our cars til we run them into the ground and they just don't work anymore. But yeah I knew that car and I don't want some guy to chop it into little pieces for the parts.

Those super zoomed flowers look like a movie set almost. That is a really neat picture, and I should show it to my Mom.

I love the Cedar Waxwing. I know we have them here, but I've never seen one. They would eat the Dogwood berries, but the robins, bluebirds, and mockingbirds get to those first usually.

I love Mangoes. They are a pain in the butt to cut, but they taste so good. I'd love to see that tree in real life.

Sweet Cinnamon Bun. I felt sad for him before he died. It seems like a relief. You still have cute little Optic. I hadn't heard about her in a while. I guess she must be like Nadia, not a pushy or bossy budgie, but I do remember her scolding Bullet for landing on her once on one of your old videos.

Thanks. Yeah she'll probably like those.

The look so soft. I've seen photos of them swallowing huge berries.

Yes they are very annoying to cut. That big seed in the middle makes it hard.

Yeah it is a relief. Poor guy had a rough life from the start. At least from other birds. Optic is a very sweet female budgie. I kicked her out though because she has a very annoying DEET DEET song. It's not like any normal budgie call and Bullet had learned it but stopped once I removed Optic. I even nick named her DEET DEET and call her that sometimes. She's not too happy to be alone now that Cinnamon Bun is gone. I may put her back outside.

I love your Sarracenia pitcher. It sure is big!

Love the pic of you. You're wearing your hat!

Whoa. That is an enormous dragon fruit. I wonder if it would be good to keep those plants at a certain height so that the fruit can always be reached? I also wonder how one gets one to flower and fruit rather than just make more leaves. That one is out of control!

I love the colour of the Cedar Waxwing. And look at all the delicious fruit it is among!

I love the mango tree, too. Just think what dense shade one would give you in high summer.

That Toyota Tacoma would be a good vehicle.

I'm sorry about Cinnamon Bun, too. Cockatiels are very special.

Thanks. Yes it's an amazing plant.

Yeah, I had to take my Dr. Grant hat. It's so handy.

Yes I love how crazy it went up that tree. I wonder if they know what it is and just have it as an ornamental?

Yes the waxwings are so happy to sit pretty in the fruits.

Yes Chris has been very rough with his vehicle and for 8 years it has been doing great. Very little problems.

Thanks. He was. He was friendly and loved his mate.

The Sarracenia flava plant looks quite interesting... rather tall looking too. The other photos are also neat for showing all the varied flora and fauna around your state. I of course really like the cedar waxwing photo. I remember seeing gators before... and frankly I wouldn't doubt the fact that many water bodies in Florida would be home to these reptiles.

That's too bad about Cinnamon Bun. Well maybe it's for the best.

Well that sounds awfully annoying about the car and people wanting to buy it. Yea I can see why it's better to put it into your garage so that those people would stop asking. I don't think you should sell it, it was your first car after all.
