he sTrying to figure out how to manage my art
I got the video on Ebay The Wild Bush Budgie. The lady was very nice but haven't heard anything since I paid. Hopefully it will ship soon and won't take forever to get here. Once it does then I have to contact the guy that transferred my Goose and Pigeon movies a few years ago and hope he still does foreign VHS to DVD.

I'm happy to be making progress on my creative works but need to figure out how to manage my time and figure out what takes priority. I finished inking page 4 of Renegade so I should start to color that. Though I'd be making six completed works of art I can't put those up until the whole page is done so if I work just on that I'd be neglecting my other works. I want to keep a steady pace of uploads with very little down time. I also need to focus on drawing whole new pages. I'm inspired to draw Gallemtoch in a horror scene for a few days now. Perhaps I should work on that next before I lose it. I'll just make a list of what needs to be done and perhaps that will help put things in perspective.

Color Renegade page 4
Ink the drawing of George without his hat
Ink the drawing of George with the speaker
Color a raven that's already started
Draw the next page of Renegade
Ink the comic page of Gallemotch vs the Storm
Color the city scene collab that's over a year old
Finish inking Thagirion and color the scene with Quetz stalking him
Draw scenes from No Longer One
Fix inks and color Owen Stabs Ophidius II

Ok think those are the most important things. I have a lot more to draw from scratch still. Perhaps I'll make a list for those later as there are so many concepts that I'll probably not get to most. I think Renegade needs to be colored but also need to work on something I can finish fairly quickly so I can keep uploading finished pieces. So this is what has been challenging. I also need to finish writing No Longer One and make art for my favorite scenes from that. I need to draw the scene where Leeanix pets Gallemotch, where George rescues Leeanix and scenes I can't talk about yet because it would spoil the end. So it's overwhelming and sometimes I wonder if I should just work on anything just to get something done. I'm sure I'll figure something out.

Good news. My pulled muscle in my upper back seems to have healed finally. So I can get back to doing my rowing exercises. It was lifting my staff overhead like weights that hurt. I will still do those but very few. And I've built my endurance for stair climbing. I can now lift my feet in place for five minutes without getting tired. Of course I'm sure it's harder on real stairs. We'll see. But when I started I could barely do 30 seconds.

Yesterday I went with Chris and got his new stereo. It's a Sony and much better. We're both very happy and he especially. Made me happy to see him that way. It does sound a lot better and the guy that helped us this time was way better too. The other guy I didn't like and seemed like a jerk. Didn't have good customer service skills but this one did. He got in the car and showed Chris how things worked when the other guy wouldn't. He gave us reviews of other stereos and why this one was good and we chatted about music and computers. So yes very good. Another good thing he said was this stereo was the one he owned so that was definitely a good sign. Well you get what you pay for. The Kenwood was a cheap one and it showed. So no more CD's. The flashdrive is why we wanted this so we can put so much more on a memory stick than what would fit on an mp3 CD.
Chris has been working so much this week. I miss him. He already left early this morning. But the money will be good this week so we have to keep that in mind.

I need to renew my website before Oct 1. I always dread doing that. So probably this paycheck will go towards that. Did I mention Alex came over and fixed the laptop? I'm glad because it's now ready for travel. So yes lots of things to look forward to.

I'm also happy that I'm at a good weight and almost at my ideal. I look very good. I'm off the Atkins at the moment but still trying to stay with in it. I am allowing myself cereal. Sometimes sandwiches.

I came on to edit my post and see something that makes me very happy. I don't know if it's a glitch but the sidebar is back. No more long text page. This is how it used to be and this is so much better!! I tried it on a new post and it was there too. I hope they don't change it. Please this is a rare change for the better.

That's a lot of art projects to have going at once. I hope you can figure out how to manage them and get them done.

I've never had trouble seeing your side bar. Sometimes your page does that annoying text thing while it loads, but the side bar always appears for me.

Yeah it's nuts. I have to figure out which ones need to take priority.
Yes that's been happening too and it seems ok once it is refreshed. Very annoying. That sucks the sidebar isn't loading for you. I haven't updated it in ages so as long as everything else works I guess that's not so bad.

Actually it always loads. It's just the last thing to load during slow internet times.

I hope you find a way to manage all your art. I guess it's good to have ideas flowing.

I'm very happy for Chris, too.

It's very noticeable when you strike a good employee and a bad one, isn't it?

You must be missing Chris, but hopefully the extra money he earns will go toward your holiday.

I'm glad lj is behaving for you at the moment. I hope it stays that way! I can see your sidebar on your home page.

Thanks. Yes and stressful too as I want it all finished right away and I'm slow.

Yeah, made a big difference to have a good customer service vs the other guy. Yes I do miss Chris when he's gone. But it's for the better. We need this.
So am I. Glad my page is loading for you.
