Cope in Mass Effect 2
I have started over on Mass Effect 2 since I still feel the urge to play a game that will give me satisfaction. The ending for ME2 is excellent provided you do everything right while you play the missions. I made a decent Cope in this. The hair they had wasn't too bad.

From the Front. Notice this background is a Colonist that lost his family. Sound familiar? And a Sole Survivor on a mission that went terribly wrong. Also sounds like Cope's true background. The poor kid has suffered a lot but it made him tougher. His training is as an engineer so his powers are for tech like hacking, combat drone, pistols and sub machine guns. All of which fits Cope rather nicely.

No scraggly hair allowed in the millitary so this is the closest I had to work with. I wish he had glasses too but his eyes are kind of right to how he looks without glasses. Owen looked better of course. More like himself and since his glasses were very small anyway it wasn't too hard to get used to him without them. But Cope's glasses are basically part of his face. Too bad. I'm guessing eye problems are all cured in the future. Because I'm starting over with 2 some choices were made for me that I wouldn't have made myself. Hopfully Wrex is still alive in this. I REALLY REALLY don't want to play ME1 again just to make those choices. Some of the missions in ME1 were down right frustrating and too hard. But it's nice to be playing this again.

I had a great idea about the highland house today to make it even easier! Why not instead of building a frame inside the patio (having a greenhouse in the house) just put the paneling outside? Take down the screens and replace with corugated panels? At first I was worried this would block visibility. I like looking out at the chickens and bird feeders. But I have now seen greenhouses made with this stuff and dispite it being wavy you can still see through it! So that will save tons of money. So the next order of business is to get an AC window unit. I'm very excited. And as for the PVC pipes and connectors I have been buying I can still use them. I still want to build an outdoor structure with screen just for tomatoes. So it wasn't money wasted. I'm hoping I can get a good deal on Craig's List for a fairly new well working AC. Wish me luck on that.

As for the art, I've made progress on it but for some reason I just haven't been able to concentrate on it. I hope I can work on it some today but I don't really feel like it. It's raining and it's a bit of a lazy day. Although I've done a quite a bit. I got most of the mess cleaned up in the kitchen from the leak we had and I got the master bathroom cleaned up. I need to put up window clings for the 4th of July.

That version of him looks too mean, and I agree that he looks weird without glasses.

You can send some of your rain my way. My garden will appreciate it. I have a female flower on one of mom's pumpkin plants. I hope one of my zillion males will be open when the female finally opens. There have been so many male flowers on those plants and no females until now.

You think he looks mean? I think he looks sad. I don't like that his default expression is a sad one. Cope is usually smiling because he almost always has fun thoughts in his head. But yeah he does look weird. He's just not right. I don't like games that give you preset parts like eyes. I couldn't tweek the eyes to make them wider, bigger or smaller and other things like that. Don't know if you remember but here's what he's supposed to look like without his glasses.

I'd be glad to. I just found out we're having a tropical storm in north Florida so we're gettin the rain. That's normal that the male flowers come out first. To insure you have pollen you should pick some early in the morning before the bees get to it all, put them in sandwhich bags then stick them in the fridge in the veggie drawer. That way when you get a female you can fertilizer her yourself.

That picture from the game looks like a mug shot, and everyone looks mean in those or just not happy. I'd seen the picture of him that you drew without his glasses before, and it looks totally different than the game.

I'll probably do that tomorrow. I have so many flowers on the pumpkins. I also put an Easter Lily in some water that is dyed blue. I want to see what it does.

Yeah the pics were taken in the creation engine. He looks better in the cinemas, but I have to find a way to hook up the DVD recorder to the Xbox so I can get those scens and then make screen caps of them. I really do want to show him in action. I already customized his armor in his favorite yellow and pink.

I have fun with blue dye and flowers too. I have a video somewhere on my channel showing how to pollinate pumpkins and gourds.

He looks good! I like his face.
I've been doing too many black and white pictures. I did a coloured one today and it felt really weird.

Thanks. I think he turned out ok for what I had to work with. But ugh, he's got Owen's voice. I'll never get used to that.
Yeah, if you don't do something for a while and come back to it you kind of forget.

Cool! I love Bioware games, but haven't yet played Mass Effect. I tend to play PC games five years after they are popular :-D

I'm a console gamer. I keep these pics with my camera from my Xbox. Mass Effect is a great series until the end of the new game part three. You may have seen my rant about why I was so disapointed in the ending. But I LOVE playing as my characters. I'm sure you'll get to know them in time since I talk about them often.

He does lok kinda sad, which he would after losing all his family. But tough too. I love his green eyes. He does look like the pic of him you drew, only the face is a little broader.

Yeah he was definitely very sad. Green eyes are my favorite. I love how bright his are. Thanks. I think my Saints Row 2 Cope is the best one as far as being closest to my character. He's the one in this icon.

I like that version you drew of him in that icon, too.

Thanks, though I didn't draw him. I made him in that game and then took a pic of the TV screen.

Oh, okay :)
